By accessing or using customera.cx ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, registered Hub members, and clients of Customera consulting services.
The Site describes consulting services offered by Customera, including the CX Diagnostic Sprint, the Time to Grow CX Accelerator, Fractional CX Leadership, and the CX Intelligence Hub. Descriptions are provided for information purposes. Access to paid services is governed by separate engagement letters and service agreements signed prior to commencement.
All content on this Site — including copy, methodology descriptions, frameworks, tools, and visual design — is the intellectual property of Customera and Silvia Montero Collado. The following are registered proprietary assets:
You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, or create derivative works from any Site content without prior written consent. Sharing a link to any page is permitted and encouraged.
Free Hub access is available upon registration. Pay-per-content and Annual Premium access are subject to payment via Stripe. All purchases are final unless stated otherwise at the point of sale. Customera reserves the right to update, expand, or modify Hub content without notice. Membership does not confer any right to consulting services beyond what is explicitly described in the relevant tier.
The H.E.A.R.T. Pulse Check is provided for diagnostic and educational purposes. Results are indicative, not definitive, and do not constitute professional consulting advice. The CX Friction Finder is available to active Customera clients only and is subject to the terms of the relevant engagement agreement.
The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. Customera makes no representations or warranties of any kind regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Customera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Site or reliance on its content.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
The Site may link to third-party websites including timetogrow.com, Calendly, and HubSpot. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia, Spain, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
